This means you cannot sell the ebook anywhere else, including Payhip, during that time. However, you can still sell the paperback version on Payhip without any issues.

If your book is not enrolled in KDP Select, then you are free to sell your ebook and other formats on Payhip without restrictions.

If you switch that setting on, the reviews section will only appear once the product has some reviews.

I’ve tried emailing via contact@payhip.com, sending a request inside my account, and even tweeting on X. Nothing. I get no response I’m beginning to wonder if there’s something I’m missing here as my emails even show delivered and read. But no reply is coming back.
